Find the item you are looking for
- Search for an item in the keyword search on the home page.
- Browse products by brand, department or activity.
- If you are unsure, have a look at the gear guides, product descriptions and fabric guides.
Select an item
- Make sure that you’ve selected the correct size. (Please refer to size charts if you are unsure)
- Make sure that you’ve selected the correct colour.
- Click ‘add to basket’ to confirm that you would like to buy that item. (Items can be removed if you change your mind.)
- Once you have selected all the items you require, click ‘go to checkout.’
Buy your products
- If you have bought something from us before, you can sign in to your account.
- If you have not purchased anything from Tiso Online before you will be asked for your email address and a password to allow you to log in.
- Fill in the details form with the appropriate details. (Name, address, phone number, email address etc.) PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN ENTERING YOUR ADDRESS. THE MAIN REASON FOR A CARD BEING DECLINED ON TISO.COM IS WRONG POSTCODE OR INCORRECT FLAT DETAILS. IF IN DOUBT HAVE A LOOK AT YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD STATEMENT FOR THE BANKS RECORD OF YOUR ADDRESS.
- Pick your payment method and fill out your payment details.
- Check your order detail.
- Submit your order.
Receiving your order
- After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Tiso Online. Please note we are currently having difficulties with AOL email addresses and our automated system will not work with these addresses. Please where possible supply a non-AOL email address. Having an AOL email will not prevent you from making an order, it will simply affect your auto-confirmation email.
- If there are any problems with an order, the Online Manager will contact you.
- You will receive your purchase in 1 – 5 working days, unless you have requested a special delivery option.
- We ask for your phone number so we can pass on to the delivery company should they have difficulty finding your address or need to arrange an alternative delivery time. We may also use it to contact you should there be any problem with your order.
