Tiso is proud to be supporting the crew of the Edinburgh Inspiring Capital, as they compete in the Clipper 09 -10 yacht race. The crew, who are sponsored by the Duke of Edinburgh Award, is a crew with a difference as they are all previously disadvantaged youths for whom this is a great opportunity to see the world and develop their sailing skills. Sara Spence, Cassie Milligan, Will Barbour, Angus MacPhail, Craig Anderson, Conan Anderson-Dott and Craig Anderson (pictured below) will each crew a leg of the race as it goes from Humber to Rio de Janeiro, Cape Town, Western Australia, Qingdao, California and Jamaica before returning home again.
