How it works?

We know that great adventures are made even better with the right gear. As always, we are striving to provide our customers (that’s you!) with the information to help them make the right choices.

Now you can tell others (and us) what you think of the products you’ve bought at Tiso, helping others buy the right gear for their next adventure. It will also help us stay geared up for you by selecting products that you want.

Ratings & reviews

Placing a review is easy!

Simply find the product you wish to review on Tiso.com click write a review, login to your Tiso account (or if you are a new user, you will be asked to set up an account).

Once signed in you will be taken to our reviews page and from here you can start your review.

Firstly, you can use our five-star system to place an overall rating, effectiveness and value for money. Additionally, there’s a free text area allowing you to share your thoughts and add additional information that you think maybe useful to others.

We would love to see you and the gear in action so there’s the option to add a video or image to your review.

Once your review has been submitted complete your review by clicking preview and when you’re happy with how things look hit submit or hit edit to go back. Once reviews have been submitted it can take up to 72 hours before your review appears. This is for moderation purposes to ensure no abusive language or inappropriate content is displayed.

Ask & answer

Got a question about a product that we stock?

Simply click the Ask & Answer tab found below the product description then click ask a question, login to your Tiso account (or if you are a new user, you will be asked to set up an account) and fill out the question form. You can also add an image or add in related products which may help give context to your question. Click preview when finished and once happy with your review click submit. Your question will be then be sent for approval by member of our team who will gladly help answer your question. This can take up to 72 hours.

You can answer questions too!

To answer questions simply find the question you wish to answer and click the answer this button login to your Tiso account (or if you are a new user, you will be asked to set up an account). Fill in your answer and hit preview then when you’re pleased with your answer you can click the submit button which will then be submitted for moderation approval. This can take up to 72 hours before it’s visible on Tiso.com.
