The drive to surpass even our most exacting customers' expectations leads to new developments being made throughout Terra Nova. Most recently we beat our own Guinness World Record for the lightest tent in the world with the Laser Competition, weighing just 940g complete or 860g at its' minimum weight.

- Terra Nova Superlite Quasar Tent
- The success of their Superlite Voyager has spurred Terra Nova to create superlite versions of their most successful models. These should be firm favourites with those who value the benefits of a geodesic structure yet want to keep weight to a minimum. The Superlite Quasar uses the same dimensions as the standard Quasar, but uses the same fabrics as our Laser range. The double silicon flysheet is increadably lightweight but retains excellent durability and waterproofing. Add the proven strength of the Quasar geodesic construction and the Superlite Quasar becomes an excellent choice for all but the most committed of lightweight backpackers. At 1.25Kg per person, the Superlite Quasar gives strength and durability at half the weight of a standard Quasar.
