The Cornice is one of Berghaus's most popular jackets, so now Berghaus have created a Long version for those who like extra protection against the elements. The Cornice Long has a Gore-Tex waterproofing system, and the hood as a wire peak that can be easily adjusted, and rolled away if preferred. The IA system (Inter Active system) allows Berghaus fleeces to be zipped into the shell to create a warm winter jacket, but for warmer weather the shell can be worn independently.
