Rab Women's Meco 165 Long Sleeve Zip Tee (w): The Women's MeCo 165 Long Sleeve Zip tee is a women's specific long sleeved, zip neck base layer made from 165gsm MeCo fabric. New MeCo fabric is an intimate blend of 65% ethically sourced Australian Merino wool combined with 35% recycled polyester with Cocona® activated carbon technology. Cocona® fabric is made using natural technology. Activated carbon is derived from discarded coconut shells and other natural micro porous particles. These particles are contaned within the fibre and can not wear out or wash off. Cocona® is extremely breathable and accelerates evaporation - making them ideal for use in baselayers. Cocona® absorbs a wide range of odour molecules within the activated carbon and aids the natural anti bacteral properties of Merino wool. The major benefit of MeCo blended fabrics is the vastly reduced drying time for these fabrics, this makes them excellent for use as a year round base layer and also saves washing and drying time. The Women's MeCo 165 Long Sleeve Zip Tee is a close fitting, female specific with a long venting zip neck with a comfortable high cut neck. Rab Women's Meco 120 Pants (w): The Women's MeCo 120 Pant is a light weight women's specific base layer pant made from a blend of Merino wool and recycled Polyester with Cocona® technology. The fabric that is used in the new MeCo range of baselayers is an intimate blend of ethically sourced Australian Merino wool (65%) and recycled polyester with Cocona® technology. Cocona® technology uses activated carbon gained from discarded coconut shells and other natural porous particles. Cocona® technology is contained inside the recycled fibre and will not wear out or wash off. In the Women's MeCo 120 Pant Rab use a 120g/s/m MeCo fabric. The fabric is lightweight and makes the most of the comfortable and anti bacterial nature of Merino wool but is made faster drying due to the synthetic content of the fabric. The Cocona® activated carbon technology adds to the antimicrobial qualities of the fabric.
