The Dover Down Jacket by Columbia is a down insulation jacket, that offers style and warmth combined. The Dover Down has a large oversized collar that can be worn in different ways. Zipped straight up, the oversized collar will slouch forward and keep your neck toasty warm, or unzipped the lapels will sit over your shoulders in a funky street fashion. Omni-Shield® advanced repellency protects you from snow, sleet and light rain showers. There is a snap-back powder skirt installed in to the jacket, and under arm venting for regulating your body heat.
