Based on the ever so popular jacket, the Shimmer Me Timbers Hoodless Jacket is probably one of the warmest on the market. Using a wind and water resistant outer to keep out the elements and protect the Omni-Heat insulation. To enhance the insulation, Columbia has used their reflective liner to reflect the heat back to you. On average, this system is 20% warmer. To complete the weather protection there is elastic cuffs and an adjustable hem. A must have jack for keeping warm this winter.
