- Epicurium Cumbrian Lamb Hotpot
- Mark & Sue love their sheep. Look What We Found came across them at their farm in the picturesque Cumbrian village of Skirwith. The farm has a mixture of heather, sweet fellgrass, and low pasture grazing in the summer which produces wonderfully flavoursome lamb. It's perfect when cooked in a mint gravy with peas and carrots, and topped off with potatoes for this most traditional of dishes.

Enlisting the help of locals, Richard scours the foothills of the Scottish Highlands to bring Look What We Found the delicate flower like Chantrelle and earthy flavoured Cep that form the basis of this truly delicious dish. Simply cooked, with cream and a good splash of brandy, Richard's wild mushrooms make a wonderfully tasty, indulgent stroganoff.
