T0 Trek Tent
-
The t0 trek is a lightweight one-person tunnel tent that we believe is one of the most weatherproof solo shelters available. Its wedge-shaped inner gives space where it’s needed – round the head and shoulders – and its aerodynamic two-pole shape outperforms the rest of the field in bad weather. The t0 trek is ideal for backpacking and trekking for solo travellers. However, it is also surprisingly spacious and can take two adults at a pinch, making it popular for two-person teams in mountain marathons and similar events. It is a four-season tent suitable for most climates and regions, although in extreme conditions secure pitching and anchoring are obviously imperative. The porch area is small but can be made more spacious by unpegging the front of the inner tent and folding this back.

G1 Ion Tent
-
The g1 ion is a lightweight two-person, three-pole semi-geodesic tent that is ideal for camping and travels around the world. Having a high-cut fly and large mesh panels on the inner, it is optimised for warmer climates. (You might find it cool in more wintry conditions). Although the flysheet is sufficiently water-resistant for four-season use, its high-cut baseline means the inner is more vulnerable to splashing in hard rainfall. The g1 ion is very light and easy to pitch, but being the smallest two-person tent in the Lightwave range, some people may prefer the larger g2 ion. It nevertheless retains a generous porch area and excellent headroom.

Terra Nova
Superlite Quasar Tent
-
The success of their Superlite Voyager has spurred Terra Nova to create superlite versions of their most successful models. These should be firm favourites with those who value the benefits of a geodesic structure yet want to keep weight to a minimum.
The Superlite Quasar uses the same dimensions as the standard Quasar, but uses the same fabrics as our Laser range. The double silicon flysheet is increadably lightweight but retains excellent durability and waterproofing. Add the proven strength of the Quasar geodesic construction and the Superlite Quasar becomes an excellent choice for all but the most committed of lightweight backpackers.
At 1.25Kg per person, the Superlite Quasar gives strength and durability at half the weight of a standard Quasar.
