- Petzl Charlet Quark Hammer
- An update on the classic Petzl Quark and one of the most modular, multi-function ice axes on the market. Primarily designed for icefalls and alpine ascents, the new Quark is also an excellent Scottish all-rounder with a T-rated shaft and pick. Hammers/Adzes can be removed for dry-tooling or icefalls and the Trigrest can be moved and modified to suit individual demands. Swing weights (purchased separately) can also be added to aid penetration in very hard ice. Designed to be a leashless tool but can be retro-fitted with Petzl's excellent Clipper Leash and is compatible with all lanyard systems. 550g fully kitted or 460g stripped down

- D.M.M. The Fly Ice Axe
- An all-rounder in the traditional sense, The Fly is an ideal Scottish axe at a very affordable price. It is tough and reliable and will cope equally with Grade II on Ben Nevis and Grade VII in Coire an t-Sneachda. The hammer and adze are shaped for jamming/torquing and the shaft and burly pick are both T-rated. It will perform well enough on continental ice but the shape and pick diameter are really more suited to this county. It comes with a DMM Chokehold leash but can be modified for leashless/lanyard climbing. Weight 720g incl. leash

- Petzl Charlet Ergo
- High-end dry tooling and ice climbing axe The ERGO is the ultimate tool for the most difficult dry tooling pitches and the most unlikely ice columns. The ultra-curved shaft offers exceptional clearance under the head and allows a wider repertoire of movement. The adjustable ergonomic handle allows multiple grip positions and limits the risk of pick shift when switching hands. The strong curve of the handle creates an ideal angle for prolonged suspensions and significantly increases power when pulling.
