Please allow 1-5 working days for standard delivery. UK holidays are not included as working days. If we are temporarily out of stock of an item we will notify you immediately and give you as much information regarding delivery dates as we can. We reserve the right to supply products directly from our suppliers.
Items will usually be delivered within normal working hours (ie. 8.30am – 5.30pm) and therefore the address given should accommodate this, you can have items delivered to your place of work. All items must be signed for.
If you miss your order our courier will place a card detailing how to arrange re-delivery through your letterbox.
For deliveries to these areas we do not believe that you should pay any more but we would ask you to give us an extra couple of days to get the goods to you. Items will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Your purchase can be delivered to most Tiso stores at no charge. To locate your nearest store, please see our UK shops page. Deliveries to some shops can take up to 10 days. When your purchase arrives at the shop, one of their staff will contact you.
When collecting goods from a Tiso store, the confirmation email and proof of address, such as a drivers licence or utility bill, must be shown.
For goods which are very bulky or over 15kg in weight we may have to add a small surcharge and use a service which will take longer to deliver. We will contact you if this is the case and give you an option to confirm this is acceptable.
We regret that we are unable to offer an international delivery service at this time, and we cannot deliver to P.O Box numbers.
When you place your order you have the option of specifying an alternative delivery address if this would be more convenient for you (for example, your place of work.) In all cases we will require a signature on delivery, so the delivery address given should accommodate delivery between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
