The brand new Transition Extreme Sports Centre in Aberdeen is an innovative and exciting community sports and recreation facility providing year round, adrenaline packed activities for the people of the North East. The centre combines world class facilities for skateboarding, BMX and one of the UK’s best indoor climbing walls.
Tiso are the official climbing store at this exciting new centre in Aberdeen. We will stock a comprehensive range of rock shoes, harnesses, climbing hardware and clothing as well as having expert staff on hand to provide the best advice and service. Along side Tiso there will be an Alpine Bikes store offering the best in bikes, clothing, accessories and, of course, service.
The climbing area includes:
• 620 square metres of roped climbing wall – leading and top roping for all abilities from the complete beginner to the world’s best.
• 180 square metres of bouldering and training boards - innovative and appealing standing boulders with natural appearance plus a boulder cave training area with steep roofs and arches.
• Plus look out for…an exhilarating skypark obstacle course – high up in the roof – a safe, but real adrenalin experience coming soon.
