Made for any time of the year, Patagonia’s Men’s Isthmus Anorak is lightweight and protects from the sun with its 40+ UPF, as well as a durable water-repellent finish to repel light moisture and dirt. The three-panelled hood is useful for when the wind picks up, with its adjustable drawcord around the opening and a ¼ zip with VISLON® zipper and covered snap placket makes on-and-off removal easy and quick.

A straight, hip-length hem keeps the wind at bay even when stretching and a horizontal, zippered flap pocket secures with snaps, handily doubling as a stuffsack for when the weather lightens up, so you can stash the jacket away in a pack.

Top Tips

Chest is usually the best size predictor for tops and jackets. However, if your hip measurement is larger, consider buying the size indicated for your hips. Likewise, for legwear, hips are usually the best size predictor, but if your waist measurement is larger, consider buying the size indicated by your waist.

How to Measure

Chest: measure around your chest, just under the armpit.

Arm Length: with the elbow bent, measure from the centre (back) of the neck to the elbow and down to the wrist.

Waist: measure around the waist at the smallest circumference.

Hips: stand, feet together, and measure around the largest circumference at hips.

Fit Guide
