The cut is fitted for an aero advantage with all day comfort. The laser cut sleeves which means you don't get the silicone grippers or seams which can make the jersey uncomfortable. You may think that this means the sleeves will ride up, but the sleeves actually support your muscles and stay put exactly where you want them to. The fabric has a 4-way stretch to it to move with you during your hardest efforts plus it gives you UV protection and excellent ventilation. 

The waistline does have a silicone gripper, though the cut of the jersey is female specific so should stay in place even without the gripper.
