The new Powerfly is built around the Removeable Integrated Battery (RIB), a clever system that hides the 625WH Bosch battery in the downtube. The frame itself encases the battery and 250W motor using Trek's Alpha Platinum aluminium - a strong and light material - with sleek features like internal cable routing and armour around high impact areas. Up front a 120mm suspension fork kees your wheel tracking where you want it and smooths out the terrain. Chunky 2.3" tyres really hold momentum over rough ground and, due to the extra volume and width, provide increased grip and traction. However, the medium tread pattern works well on the road too, rolling easily and providing grip when you need it. A wide ranging drivetrain is easy to operate, smooth and reliable - in other words, it works so well you won't even notice it.

The Powerfly is finished with a stylish finishing kit including wide handlebars and comfortable saddle, and powerful hydraulic disc brakes with large diameter rotors which are well suited to keeping the Powerfly under control, even on loose terrain.
