The Whyte Whitechapel Hybrid Bike is a fast, flat-bar bike combing lightweight with urban versatility, featuring powerful and easy to modulate hydraulic disc brakes and fittings for mudguards and a rack, extending its versatility further. Based on Whyte's high-performance mountain bike geometry, this urban bike has a long wheelbase and relaxed head angle for high speed stability, and a shorter stem for excellent slow speed manoeuvrability.
This hybrid is all about simplicity: a single chain ring and nine gears at the back will give years of reliable urban use. And for this season more tyre clearance allows fatter puncture resistant Vittoria 32c Zaffir tyres for comfort, extra reliability, and performance.
Like all Whyte bikes, the Whitechapel is designed in the UK and has features specifically designed for coping with the British weather, such as forward-facing seat tube slots, and full outer cable for better sealing to ensure your hybrid will perform rain or shine!
