The Women Behind Alpine
Bikes | Kirsty

The Women Behind Alpine Bikes is a five-part mini doc series featuring five of Alpine's female employees. Each episode looks at the women's experiences working in the cycling industry, their reasons for cycling and their advice to others who are looking to work in the business.

In Episode 1 we spend time with Kirsty, a sales assistant at our Aviemore store. Kirsty began her journey into the world of Mountain Biking by going for rides with her family. When she moved to Aviemore she made cycling friends, they explored the Cairnorms most epic trails together and she fell in love with the MTB experience. She tells us that the best thing about working in the bike industry is being able to talk to like-minded people about something that she loves. Kirsty reminded us that who you surround yourself with can really make an impact on your life experience, the way you feel and how good your day can be. You can view the full episode here.
