Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in store and not online, with stores closed due to national lockdown we have decided to pull all gift vouchers from sale online until stores can be reopened. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
In line with government national lockdown restrictions, we have currently temporarily closed all Tiso stores. However, Alpine Bikes Edinburgh and Alpine Bikes Aberdeen will continue to trade as normal but with reduced opening hours.
Tiso.com will continue to trade as normal during this period, with increased demand online deliveries will take slightly longer than usual to arrive. We apologise for the inconvenience and ask you to bear with us while we adjust to the current situation. Currently, most items will be dispatched within 2 working days, with bikes up to 10 working days.
Our returns centre is currently under Tier 4 restrictions. To ensure the safety our staff we are running with a limited team and refunds will take longer than usual to be processed.
Our returns policy has been extended to allow the return of goods purchased during December and January for 28 days after restrictions are eased in Edinburgh. We would ask, where possible, that you delay the return of goods until restrictions have been eased. We’ll post an update on this page once restrictions have eased.
We recommend sending all returns using a tracked delivery method and thank you for your patience at this time.
Whilst under current restrictions, to protect our team and customers, we will no longer accept Returns, Repairs or Exchanges. For purchases made during December and January, we will offer a 28-day return period starting from the date this location moves out of Tier 4. All other Refund & Exchange Policy terms and conditions remain the same.
For any enquiries regarding any of the above topics, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

A FEW NOTES
Store Openings: In line with government restrictions, we plan to open our Alpine Bikes stores in Hamilton Place, Edinburgh, and our Holburn Street Aberdeen store very soon. Recently, cycling has become an essential mode of transport and a key form of exercise for many. We've served the Scottish cycling community for over 30 years and with these stores and our online operation, we aim to support every cyclist in this challenging time.
Deliveries: We continue to work hard with staff, suppliers and partners to apply social distancing guidelines and PPE to all relevant parts of our business. This means that some deliveries will take slightly longer than usual to arrive. We apologise for the inconvenience and ask you to bear with us while we adjust to the current situation. Currently, most items will be dispatched within 2 working days, with bikes up to 10 working days.
Returns: Whilst our online operation has re-started, our warehouse remains closed and so we cannot accept any returns at this point in time. For all orders placed online, we will extend the returns period to 2 weeks beyond the relaxation of lockdown restrictions which will enable our warehouse to open. All customers will be informed via email when we can accept returns, and we will also highlight on our social media channels.
Bikes: The current crisis has seen an exponential growth in demand for bikes. While our full range of bikes is now available online, and we are working to dispatch these as quickly as possible, please be aware it can take up to 10 working days for delivery. This is due to both the demand and ensuring every bike is built and tuned to our own high standards. When your bike arrives it will require minimal assembly and be ready to ride within minutes.
