This development on the classic Mojito has made some great advancements in sustainability for footwear design. The upper is built from Evolo Recycled Seude which regenerates manufacturing waste without losing any quality in the process. This significantly cuts carbon emissions and reduces the amount of water, and chemicals used in the production cycle of a shoe.
Its sustainable qualities are not all that's worth shouting about though. The Mojito is a hallmark product of Scarpa's reliable commitment to high-quality, well-built products. The fit of this shoe is quite trim which helps in ensuring that movements can be precise and dynamic, and all parts of the shoe are built to last.

Natural Fibres
Products using natural fibres can range from cotton to wool to hemp and silk - but by being naturally made, they will also naturally biodegrade at their end of lifecycle. Even if you have a natural fibre product, it can probably still be recycled or repurposed before being disposed of. However, if it truly has reached the end of its use, natural fibres need air to biodegrade so please don't dispose of them in landfill.

By recycling fabrics, we are not only stopping extra waste heading to landfill but also reducing the need for virgin fabrics to be created.
