After a hard day of hiking there is nothing better than sitting down and taking in the view with a nice warm cuppa. Stanley cups, mugs and bottles from the iconic Stanley brand are designed to keep your drink hot right up until the moment you find that perfect spot. At Tiso we stock a range of Stanley bottles, cups and transit mugs as well as the Stanley Quencher which, thanks to the same Stanley vacuum insulation technology, will keep your water refreshingly cold all day.

How long do Stanley cups keep hot/cold? The Stanley Quencher will keep your water cold for up to 11 hours or, remarkably, 2 days if the water is iced. The transit mug will keep your drink warm for 4 hours or will keep it cold for 6 hours. Finally, the Stanley bottle will keep drinks hot or cold for up to 24 hours.

What's the difference between a Quencher and the bottle? The Stanley Quencher is designed for everyday hydration and for holding cold beverages. It has a straw lid with flip-top opening and a handle. The Stanley bottle is better for hot beverages and can keep them warm for extended periods. It’s lid double as an insulated cup.

How do I clean my Stanley cup/mug properly? To clean your Stanley cup, bottle or transmit mug, we recommend disassembling all parts and washing them in warm, soapy water. A decent bottle brush should be used to reach the bottom and, in the case of the Stanley Quencher, a straw cleaning brush should be used on the lid. After washing, rinse thoroughly and then allow to air dry before putting it back together. Though some Stanley cups and bottles are marked as being dishwasher safe, we always recommend handwashing. You should never use bleach or other abrasive cleaners and should always check the manufacturers instructions for further details.
