Icebreaker's 200 Oasis Long Sleeve Crewe baselayer is an essential piece of kit of your winter wardrobe. Made from breathable and warm 100% merino wool, it'll regulate your body temperature and resist odour, so it's perfect for multi day exploring and reduces your washing impact on the planet as you don't need to wash after every wear.

Icebreaker's Oasis line are designed to contour the body and will move with you. Icebreakers 200gsm midweight merino wool isn't too heavy but isn't too light. They're a great introduction to merino wool as a sports fabric to keep you cool when it’s hot and warm when it’s not, and lets your skin breathe for all day comfort.

Better Work has the same objectives as Fair Wear Foundation and works within the clothing industry, though Better Work is run by the UN’s International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the International Finance Corporation.
