Extended Christmas Returns Policy.
We have extended our refunds policy so that all purchases made from 1st November 2016 can be returned to any store until 31st January 2017. Standard payment and refund policy terms will apply.

All our items are delivered by DPD and Royal mail and a signature will be required when receiving your order.
Upon despatch you will be notified by email with your tracking number. DPD may also send you their own SMS and email update regarding your order which you may also have the opportunity to change the delivery slot to suit you better.
At this current point in time we are only able to offer delivery within the Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Bikes are often shipped directly from our stores this can take up to 5 working days of order confirmation. We will always advise you of any delays regarding your bike.
All our bikes before sending have gone through our own extensive safety inspection tests and we will do our best to ensure the bike is as close to a rideable state as possible.
Please note some bikes may need some basic assembly – if you are unsure or get stuck please feel free to contact us or call us on 0141 559 5454 and our friendly team can talk your through the process.
Please also remember that not all bikes come with pedals as this is usually the case with higher end bike models as this is left to the rider to decide which pedals they like to use, please check the bikes description online to see if pedals are included.
All Instore collections are FREE of charge. To arrange for your bike to be delivered in store simply select the 'Collect in Store' option at checkout, choose the store you wish your order to be delivered to by searching for your town or post code and finding your closest Alpine Bike store.
All bikes must be collected from an Alpine Bikes Store – this is so your bike has been checked over by one of our Cytek approved mechanics - giving you have peace of mind knowing your bike has passed our extensive safety inspection checks so you can ride your bike straight out of the store.
When collecting your bike from store you will need to bring the following on the day:
1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your confirmation email or your sales receipt.
2. A form of ID – for your protection against fraud, we cannot release your order without seeing either the card you used to place the order, your passport or driving license.
Trek corporation bikes and Whyte bikes, must be collected from your nearest alpine bikes store.
Please select your local branch of alpine bikes at the checkout screen - there will be no option for home delivery. The bike will be sent to the store, built and checked over before a member of staff contacts you.
The sales advisor will organize a pick up date and time to ensure the minimum of fuss. If you are purchasing any accessories with the bike, they will be sent to the store to be collected with the bike. There will be no postage charge for bikes collected from store.
We operate within a 30 days on receipt period for you to return the good to us, all bikes and orders must be returned in the same condition it arrived in. If you require more information please read our full returns policy online or you may contact us directly to discuss.
