Hou Canoes Prospector | £1,040

At just over 15 foot the Prospector is a fabulous all round canoe. Based on the original Prospector design made for traders, the boat had to handle well when empty or fully laden, and deal with flat water and moving rivers. Coming with two seats as standard the Prospector is geared up for big multi-day trips and easily swallows plenty of gear. However, set up for solo use it's is agile and gives a good dry ride. Holding lines on the flat and turning easily in white water is no mean feat. The Prospector is the only canoe in our range, but it's the only one you'll ever need.
