The majority of orders are delivered using DPD Local Courier services. If DPD are unable to deliver they may leave the parcel with a nearby neighbour, in a suitable safe place or take to a local collection point at their discretion.

If you have placed an order for several items we may send these in separate deliveries so the items arrive with you as quickly as possible.

At this time we are only able to dispatch orders to addresses within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

We don't charge any extra for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands but do ask you allow an extra few days for delivery.

Click & Collect service is FREE and is available at selected stores only. Click and Collect orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive in store. Bike orders are currently taking up to 5 - 10 to be built and arrive in store.

We aim to deliver bikes within 5 - 10 working days. Before dispatching, all our bikes are fully built and undergo our own extensive safety inspection known as a PDI (pre-dispatched inspection), before being partly dismantled for shipping. All bikes are packed and dispatched in one of our special bike boxes by a qualified mechanic. All bikes will need some basic assembly (instructions are supplied) – if you require some assistance, please contact us by sending an email to hello@tiso.co.uk or call us on 0131 561 2010 where our friendly team are on hand to help.

Please note, not all bikes include pedals. This is to allow the individual rider the flexibility to choose their own pedals. Please check the bike specifications to check if pedals are included.

We currently offer FREE delivery of inflatable kayaks and paddleboards on orders over £50. Orders under £50 are subject to the standard delivery fee of £3.99.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer delivery for non-inflatable models due to courier enforced restrictions on width and height. Our FREE Click & Collect service is available at selected stores. Please note that Click and Collect orders usually take 2-3 working days to dispatch and up to 5 working days to arrive in store.

We regret that we are unable to offer an international delivery service at this time, and we cannot deliver to P.O Box numbers, mail forwarding services or self storage units.
