Free Repairs, Anytime

Berghaus offers free repairs on their gear as long as it’s repairable, no matter how many times it needs fixing. Berghaus users simply cover the cost of sending items to the team, and the rest is taken care of.

A Simple Process

The Repairhaus team has created a straightforward, four-step system:

  1. Fill in the Form: Provide details about your gear and the repair needed.
  2. Send it In: Ship the item to Berghaus HQ for assessment.
  3. Repairs Team: Skilled craftspeople will get to work, keeping you updated throughout the process.
  4. Get Back Out There: Repaired items are typically returned within 21 days, ready for your next adventure.

When Repairs Aren’t Possible

If an item is beyond repair, Berghaus offers two solutions. For products under guarantee, they’ll provide a replacement. For others, they’ll upcycle the item with your permission and offer a 30% discount on a new purchase.
