If you’re just starting out, there are a few important features to consider when choosing your new running gear. A moisture-wicking garment will move sweat away from your skin to keep you cool and dry, as well as preventing chafing, and a lot of garments will offer UPF+ protection, to shield your skin from harmful UV rays on bright, sunny days.
