Product Description

A unique dome-shaped one man tent, the MSR Elixir 1 offers great space for one adult, with better headroom than many other one person tents. The Elixir 1 weighs just 2.2kg and packs down to a manageable size of 48 x 15cm, making it ideal for transporting alone of walking or backpacking adventures.

Also with the solo traveller in mind, the MSR Elixir 1 can be pitched easily in a matter of minutes with just one pair of hands thanks to the strong but flexible 7000 series aluminium poles. Say goodbye to worries of the weather when you travel alone thanks to the high levels of weather protection available with this tent.

The ripstop polyester flysheet and 1500mm hydrostatic head ensure a good level of waterproof coverage and good resistance towards damage, so you needn't let the weather stop your exploring. You need complete peace of mind when choosing a one-man tent and the MSR Elixir 1 can offer you the comfort you need when travelling alone.

Nice Tent. Terrible tent pegs!

Wanted an MSR tent for ages, so when I saw this tent at a good discount I had to buy. The workmanship on the tent is great. However, the whole experience is ruined by awful (and heavy) tent pegs!

If I could only have a tent for life, would be this one.

YES - This is my absolutely favourite 1 person tent - it has plenty of space and lots of storage; easy to assemble and store, and sturdy. I cannot recommend enough, both for campsite and wild camping.
