We provide a specialist boot fitting service on all footwear that you can take advantage of in store. We start by measuring your feet and take account of all factors which affect comfort. Our specialist fitting service is available at all of our stores
Certified staff
Only staff who are trained and qualified in boot fitting work in our boot rooms. Our team attend regular training camps to ensure their skills are spot on. You can be sure you are not only getting the best possible service but also benefitting from knowledge accumulated in over fifty years of keeping feet happy!

We encourage everyone to spend time talking to us about their planned use for their boots and any particular potential problem areas - don't worry, we've seen it all before! Along with being certified, our staff are all outdoor lovers themselves and can relate to your situation.
Boot care information
Ask one of our team for specific advice on recommended cleaning and/or protective products and techniques. You'll also be given a boot care leaflet with full details which will be signed by the member of staff who served you - any issues and you know where and who we are!
