Yes, both our eGift and Physical gift vouchers can be topped up with more balance instore.
Online Gift vouchers can be redeemed at the checkout stage, under the section "Have a Gift Card?", press the redeem gift card button then select eGift voucher. Then you simply enter the code from your email into "Voucher Number" box.
If the gift voucher is valid and has credit, the remaining balance will be shown on screen and allow you to adjust the amount of credit you would like to spend on this purchase.
Should your card not have enough credit to cover the whole payment you can pay the remaining balance with card or alternative payment methods. Please note that it’s not possible to use PayPal with Gift Vouchers currently.

On the reverse of your Gift Card enter the long number under the barcode into the Card Number box, then scratch off the online code panel and enter this number into the PIN box.

For items purchased in-store with a gift card, please return the item to one of our stores and you will be issued with a gift card to the correct value.
If returning an item bought online with a gift card, your balance will be returned to the gift voucher used during the original online order. If you paid with a combination of bank card and gift card, we'll refund anything amount paid with a gift card first and then refund any outstanding amount to your payment card.
No, you can choose how much of the existing balance you would like to spend, and the balance will remain on the card for future purchases.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Tiso Group Gift Card and E-Gift Cards purchased in any Tiso, Alpine Bikes, Blues Ski or George Fisher store or online at www.tiso.com or www.georgefisher.co.uk. By purchasing or using these Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards you accept these Terms and Conditions. Graham Tiso Ltd reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All cards are issued by Graham Tiso Ltd and can be purchased at any Tiso Group facia - Tiso, Alpine Bikes, Blues Ski or our George Fisher store.
1. This Gift Card or E-Gift Card is valid in all Tiso, Alpine Bikes, Blues Ski and George Fisher stores within the UK or online at www.tiso.com and www.georgefisher.co.uk - At this time we are only able to dispatch orders to addresses within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
2. To activate your Gift Card simply present it at any till point and the cashier will take the appropriate payment and activate your card. Gift Cards purchased online will be activated with the applicable amount prior to being dispatched. E-Gifts Cards will be activated as soon as they are purchased.
3. Your Gift Card can be used as full or part payment for any goods purchased in any participating store.
4. A cardholder can query a Gift Card balance at any of our stores, simply ask a member of staff or check online at www.tiso.com
5. The minimum amount required to activate this card is £10 and the maximum amount permitted is £500. The existing card balance can be increased at any time following section 2 above. Once the card has been topped-up the expiry date period will be re-set.
6. This card is not a cheque guarantee card, credit card, debit card or a charge card.
7. Graham Tiso Ltd cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen cards or cards used without the permission of the owner or any outstanding balances relating to such cards. Please treat your card as cash.
8. Tiso Group Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of activation or the last time you topped up the card. The card will expire and any balance reduced to nil if it is not used within a 24 month period.
9. This Gift Card cannot be resold.
10. No change will be given in cash.
11. We can cancel the card if we fail to receive a payment from the purchaser’s bank or card company for the initial purchase of the card.
12. Replacements will not be given for the purchase of a Gift Card unless the card is genuinely faulty and accompanied by a valid receipt.
13. Graham Tiso Ltd reserve the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card if it deems that the Gift Card has been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or is suspected to be affected by fraud.
14. Graham Tiso Ltd reserve the right to amend, waive or add any further Terms and Conditions necessary due to legal, security or regulatory reasons. Notice or any change will be displayed beforehand in participating stores and any changes to participating stores or fasciae websites will be updated at tiso.com/terms-and-conditions
15. Gift Cards or E-Gift cards cannot be used to purchase items delivered directly by a supplier e.g. Special orders or Group orders.
16. Delivery: We will aim to dispatch your Gift Card within 3 working days from date that you placed the order. Graham Tiso Ltd will not be liable for any delivery delays. If you purchase an E-Gift Card it will be sent out to your chosen recipient's email address as soon as the purchase is complete.
