Setting off on their 5-9 adventure, Bruce, Emilia and Iona head out on an overnight camp to the perfect camping spot on the serene shores of Loch Leven in Kinross. With the MSR Elixir 2 in tow, watch along as they pitch up right on the beach thanks to the Elixir 2’s freestanding nature and are set to enjoy a night beneath the stars, with or without the flysheet.
When it’s time for dinner, Iona has brought along the compact MSR Pocket Rocket – a lightweight stove that comes in its own hard carry-case and boils a litre of water in just 3.5 minutes! Bruce takes us through the handy features of the MSR Windburner, including an add-on coffee press kit that turns it into a French press, so you can start your day right with a warm cup of coffee.
