Grab a tape measure, write down the measurements and compare with this size chart from adidas's TERREX range for the right size.

Chest: hold the tape horizontally to measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the feet close together.

Waist: hold the tape horizontally to measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip: hold the tape horizontally to measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

Inseam: hold the tape vertically to measure from the crotch, down the inside leg and to the floor.

Height: hold the tape vertically to measure from the top of the head to the floor, keeping a straight posture.
