This new Guide Assist Pro Dry from Edelrid is an accessory cord with dynamic safety reserve for support and also for belaying a second climber in exposed areas and traversing glaciers. It Caution: not suitable for use as a single rope or for belaying a lead climber. It is lightweight and thanks to its Thermo Shield treatment, which increases the ropes suppleness, is gives extremely pleasant handing. It is also designed with a 3D Lap Coil technique, which makes uncoiling the rope for the first time unnecessary, enabling instant use without the tangles. Please be aware that this rope is not suitable for use as a single rope or for belaying a lead climber.
