How to Measure:

Chest: measure straight under your arms around your body at the fullest part of your chest.
Arm length: bend the elbow slightly, then measure from the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder to the elbow and down to the wrist.
Waist: measure around your waist at the narrowest part.
Seat: standing with your feet hip-width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.

Fit Guide:

Next to skin fit: cut snug to enhance moisture management and thermal efficiency whilst providing great freedom of movement.
Slim fit: shaped close to the body using both stretch and non-stretch fabrics to give freedom to move comfortably even with long strides.
Regular fit: designed to be extra versatile - not closely fitted so they are ideal for cross-seasonal use and multi-layering. They are contoured with room for extra movement.
Relaxed fit/comfort fit: cut for a loose fit on the body to provide breathability in warm conditions and overall freedom of movement. This fit easily sits over thicker base layers or a pair of trousers when it's even colder out.
