Ramblers Rub is a universal balm for all walkers, ramblers and hikers made from premium oils and waxes with essential oils to help prevent blisters and to massage feet, ankles and calves to soothe, restore and revive after a day's exercise. You simply rub some on your skin where boots or shoes rub to reduce friction. It can also be used under backpack straps or where clothes chafe to keep you comfortable.

Ramblers Rub contains Avocado oil and the essential oils Cinnamon, Bergamot and Juniper, which have therapeutic, antiseptic qualities that help to keep the skin clean and prevent the build up of bacteria. As well as smelling fantastic it is also effective and free from chemicals, parabens and preservatives.
 

• Before you start - rub some on your skin and on top of your socks to prevent the friction and shear effect pulling your skin into blisters.
• During the day re-apply if the conditions are very wet or hot.
• After walking, rub some balm into tired muscles and tendons for a massage to relax the feet and help prevent stiffness and soreness the next day.
