This is a hook and loop roll top map case that will keep your map secure and dry inside when closed. The adjustable neck cord means you can carry the map hands-free but still have your map to hand for quick reference although beware in a high wind - you could get an unpleasant slapping! Better to clip the cord onto your pack and wither tuck the case into your pack or into a jacket pocket.
