Our finance options are easy to set up, either in-store or online:
How It Works
Choose Your Items:
Pick your bike and any other clothing or equipment you want.
Choose Your Finance Option:
When in-store, a staff member can talk you through the options. If using our website, add your items to the basket and got to the checkout to see the finance terms available to you.*
Choose Your Deposit:
Decide how much you wish to pay up front and how much to finance. When using our website, a calculator in the checkout allows you to vary the deposit and monthly payments to suit yourself.*
Apply For Finance:
Whether in store or online, you will need address details for the last 3 years, bank details and employment details. When applying in store, you will need photo ID. When applying online, you will be redirected to our finance partner website (V12 Finance) to submit this information.
Decision:
If you are accepted by our finance partner, you will be asked to sign the agreement and pay the deposit. Note: if applying online, you will not be redirected back to the Tiso or Alpine Bikes website - the order will be sent to us directly on submission of the signed documents.
Confirmation (Online Only):
If applying online, at this stage you will receive a confirmation email from Tiso & Alpine Bikes about your order. Please Note: The confirmation of finance orders are manually checked and will only be sent during working hours.
Start Riding:
If in store, you can take your bike away and get riding. If buying online, your bike will be delivered to you in 5 - 10 working days.

Required Information & Documents
You can apply for 0% finance in any of our Alpine Bikes stores or online. Please note that you will need to bring the following with you in stores, and have present for online applications:
- Photo ID (in-stores only)
- Bank Account number
- Bank Sort Code
- Full Address History (for the last three years)
- Full Time Employment Details
- Credit or Debit Card (in the same name as the finance application for the deposit)

- *Minimum deposit is 10% of the total order value but can be increased, typically up to 50%.
- The finance process, application and decision is handled entirely by our finance partner V12 Finance. Any decisions made or queries regarding decisions should be directed to them.
- Currently, finance is only offered on bikes. However, you can add other items like clothing and equipment to your order and have it included in the finance deal.
- Online Orders: Every online order is checked on receipt manually to ensure correct details and stock. This means confirmation emails will only be sent during business hours, typically Monday to Friday. When you sign your finance agreement and pay the deposit, your order is placed with Tiso & Alpine Bikes and will be confirmed as soon as possible. On completion of your finance agreement, you will not be returned to the Tiso or Alpine Bikes website - this is normal.
