The majority of orders are delivered using DPD Local Courier services however, depending on the size and value of the order we may use the Royal Mail’s signed for service. For smaller items we will aim to pack the order in such a way to fit through your letterbox. If you have placed an order for several items we will try to despatch in one parcel wherever possible to minimise inconvenience. At this time we are only able to dispatch orders to addresses within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
· You will receive an email and or text message (if email address and mobile phone number are provided) informing you that your order is due to be delivered the following day.
· On the day of delivery you will receive notification (email and or text) of your 1 hour delivery window.
· As part of the email/text notifications you will be given the option to amend your delivery details (change day/leave with neighbour/leave in safe place/collect from depot)
· Items will be delivered up to 18:00
· If you miss the delivery, Interlink will automatically attempt delivery on the 2 subsequent working days as well as placing a card through your letter box detailing how to arrange re-delivery.
· Orders will be dispatched on a 'Signed For' service and will therefore require a signature on receipt
· Items will usually be delivered within normal working hours.
· If you miss the delivery, Royal Mail will place a card through your letter box detailing how to arrange re-delivery.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and BFPO
For deliveries to these areas we use the same carriers but please allow an extra couple of days for the goods to get to you.
Items will be delivered within normal working hours (ie. 8.30am – 5.30pm) and therefore the address given should accommodate this; you can for example have items delivered to your place of work. All items must be signed for.
You can now collect your order using DPD Local Collect. Select from 100's of local collection points to find the most convenient one for you. Please note that at this time DPD Local Collect is only available within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Place your order online and have it delivered to one of our Tiso* or Alpine Bikes stores for free. *Trek and Whyte bikes must be delivered to an Alpine Bikes location (including Alpine Bikes concessions within some Tiso stores) to enable pre delivery inspection.
Place your order online and select the 'Collect in Store' option at checkout. Choose the store you wish your order to be delivered to by searching for your town or post code and finding your closest stores.

What are your alternative collection points?
You can collect your order from any Tiso* or Alpine Bikes stores for FREE. *Trek and Whyte bikes must be delivered to an Alpine Bikes location (including Alpine Bikes concessions within some Tiso stores) to enable pre delivery inspection. Orders collected from an alternative collection point cannot be returned to those stores. You can either return your order to the originating store, or post your order back to us using the returns address shown on your delivery note.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The exact amount of time depends on which store you choose and what day you order on. Unfortunately we are not able to provide specific estimates, but it should be no more than 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order arrives. If you haven't received an e-mail after 5 days please contact our Customer Service team. The Customer Service team will not be able to help if your order is less than 5 days old.
How long are orders held in store for collection?
Once you order arrives in store and you have received your confirmation e-mail, you will have up to 14 days to collect your order. We will send you a further reminder by email after the 14 days. If you haven’t collected your order after 28 days it will be sent to our Returns Department and you will be refunded.
Which stores offer Free Delivery to Store?
All Tiso and Alpine Bikes stores offer Free Delivery to Store.
What time can I collect my order from store?
You can collect your order any time during store opening hours. To view the store opening hours for the store you are collecting from visit our Store Finder
I am unable to collect my order from store. Can someone else collect it for me?
For security reasons designed to prevent card fraud and protect customers, only you can collect your order.
All our bikes before sending have gone through our own extensive safety inspection tests and we will do our best to ensure the bike is as close to a rideable state as possible.
Please note some bikes may need some basic assembly – if you are unsure or get stuck please feel free to contact us or call us on 0141 559 5454 and our friendly team can talk your through the process.
Please also remember that not all bikes come with pedals as this is usually the case with higher end bike models as this is left to the rider to decide which pedals they like to use, please check the bikes description online to see if pedals are included.
Whyte and Trek Bikes - Home Delivery Restriction
Trek corporation bikes and Whyte bikes, must be collected from your nearest alpine bikes store.
Please select your local branch of alpine bikes at the checkout screen - there will be no option for home delivery. The bike will be sent to the store, built and checked over before a member of staff contacts you.
The sales advisor will organize a pick up date and time to ensure the minimum of fuss. If you are purchasing any accessories with the bike, they will be sent to the store to be collected with the bike. There will be no postage charge for bikes collected from store.
For goods which are very bulky or over 15kg in weight we may have to add a small surcharge and use a service which will take longer to deliver. We will contact you if this is the case and give you an option to confirm this is acceptable.
We regret that we are unable to offer an international delivery service at this time, and we cannot deliver to P.O Box numbers.
