The Mortirolo is a very cleverly designed jacket. It uses 3 different fabrics in different zones for optimising weather protection, insulation and breathability. Gore Windstopper fabric with a fleece backer is used on the upper chest and front of the arms for total wind-blocking and insulation, while the lower chest has a lighter-weight wind-blocking fabric and the rear has an air-permeable fleece-like back for temperature regulation. You can wear it on its own, over a baselayer or over a jersey.
3 Rear pockets can house gels, tools or other ride essentials. Reflective details on the chest and pockets enhance visibility when riding at night.
