A mountain running endurance shoe with great shock absorption that has been specifically designed for long distance trails, ultra-Marathons, ultra-trails and for use on long training sessions. An updated model of the ever-successful, first generation Akasha, the Akasha II features Dual-injection MEMlex EVA to minimize impact as you run over rocky, tough terrain and a cushion platform to deliver a springy feel underfoot mile after mile. This is supported by a FriXion® XT outsole and trail rocker which provides not only excellent traction and grip but promotes a smooth and rolling heel-to-toe motion for an unimpeded stride. For a comfortable, high performance, long distance trail running shoe that will deliver mile after mile then you can't go wrong with the Akasha II.
