15 YEARS AS PIONEERS

From day one, our mantra has been to never compromise. With an unflinching commitment to quality and reliable products that last - no other outdoor company sweats the small stuff as we do. When you have the right kit, you can do more, and adventure further – it makes you feel epic

TAKING STEPS TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE

Making a reliable product that doesn’t break might sound obvious, but compared to the widespread recalls parts of the SUP industry have encountered in recent years, we believe this is still the most important thing we can do to keep products out of landfills. Made in a private facility, Red Paddle Co boards are built to last, with warranty rates of only 0.5% globally. Designing for disassembly, packaging, our supply chain, and all other aspects of our circular economy philosophy help advance our efforts to reach Net Zero.

Putting the B in Paddle Boards! We’re very proud to now be a certified B-Corp as of 2023. It’s been a very long and rigorous process and we’re still very much on the B-Corp journey, our work is never done, we can always do it better! We now join just over 6,000 B Corp certified companies worldwide, making us the first UK paddleboard company to achieve this status.

Inspiring adventures in and around the water are at the heart of everything we do at Red. The Red Foundation is how we give back to the world and communities we care for, by supporting adventures for all. In 2023 the Red Foundation will support charities and organisations that are working to make outdoor adventures more accessible and inclusive for everyone.

As leaders in our field, we believe we have a duty to ensure as many people as possible are accessing the water in a safe and responsible way. We're passionate about promoting safe practice within the sport as well as supporting Safety Institutions with their research, fundraising and awareness.

STORIES FROM RED

In November 2021, four explorers embarked on a 14-day multi-sport adventure in Iceland. They followed conditions and elements around the island. From surfing the Icelandic waves, to climbing up icebergs to free diving beneath the surface of 1* water, they chased the fine line between frozen and liquid. Ambassadors Jimmy Martinello, Luca Sommaruga-Malaguti, Tim Emmett and filmmaker Brian Hockenstein, took to Iceland with a unique means of transport connecting each activity: their Red Paddle Co boards!

To celebrate the launch of her book Blue Scotland, Mollie Hughes talks about her inspirational achievements in her life and how she wants to inspire others to give things a go and not be afraid to take on their own adventures.

Sarah Blues fell in love with paddleboarding a few years ago and is now a paddleboarding addict. She is also making a strong movement, campaigning for diversity & inclusivity in outdoor kit & empowering women from all over, to get out onto the water and overcome barriers.

One of our mantras here at Red is to make the outdoors and paddle boarding as welcoming and accessible for as many people as possible. Yet, we realise the outdoors in a general sense can be quite intimidating for a lot of people, whether that is due to barriers such as ability, background, culture, or religion. In 2022 we hosted a group of people and allowed them to come together, get outside, inspire each other and support one another to explore the outdoors and break down those barriers, discussing challenges that we face in the outdoors.
