The Trail 5 is Cannondale's entry-level mountain bike, ideal for trying out your first trails or as a versatile commuter. It's built for low-impact trails, gravel tracks and leisurely rides.
The 1x10 Microshift drivetrain is simple, intuitive and great for chain retention. The suspension fork has 100mm of travel for taking hits on easy trails or smoothing out potholes, depending on where you're riding. Hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power, even in the wet and internal cable routing means your brake and gear cables are shielded from mud and water. Less water ingress means longer service intervals so you can spend less time fixing and more time riding.
