Are these also adjustable?

Are these anti-shock poles adjustable like the Tiso Walker poles? If so, what are minimum and maximum lengths?

Great bit of kit.

Inexpensive, but sturdy yet light. Very happy with them. Used on a few hills now and really do feel the benefit on my knees and hips. Quickly become an essential part of my walking kit.

Saved my knee! Brilliant poles.

I used these poles on the Pennine Way, slipped while coming down a path, these brilliant poles took the shock, one bent but they saved my knee. Only a few bruises as a result.

Good value - well made walking poles

Haven't used them yet but a cursory examination shows they are decent quality aluminium poles. Rubber ferrules can be removed and the spikes should give a good grip on slippery surfaces.
