Are these anti-shock poles adjustable like the Tiso Walker poles? If so, what are minimum and maximum lengths?

These poles are adjustable, like the Tiso Walker Pole. The minimum length is 65cm and maximum is 135cm.

Good value - well made walking poles
Haven't used them yet but a cursory examination shows they are decent quality aluminium poles. Rubber ferrules can be removed and the spikes should give a good grip on slippery surfaces.
