Wahoo Fitness was founded in 2009 and rocked the cycling GPS market when it had been dominated by Garmin for so long. The ELEMNT ROAM was their first colour GPS screen (though the BOLT has caught up here) and has an extended 17 hour battery life with a large screen for better viewing and a slimmer profile. You still get all the basics we've all come to expect from a GPS device: turn by turn direction, customisable screens for data and syncing with sensors to get a a well rounded ride experience.

With a crystal-clear 2.7" Gorilla Glass© display and ambient light sensor, the backlight and LED lights will automatically adjust based on the lighting conditions so you'll never miss a turn. The ROAM will wirelessly downloaded plotted routes and workouts from your phone via Bluetooth with plenty of rerouting options on the fly if you end up with more or less time than you thought out on the road. If you're training indoors on the Wahoo KICKR, the Wahoo ecosystem works seamlessly together and the ROAM can act as a controller.
