When the weather gets nasty, that's when you need the Hillbilly. This wet weather tyre features aggressive knobs to punch through the slop and find traction beneath. Wide knob spacing ensures the tyre doesn't clog with sticky mud and is always free to find grip. Shoulder knob support provides good support in the turn so you can lean over with confidence.
The Gripton compound is designed to improve damping to minimise vibration, keeping the tyre in better contact with the trail and providing a secure, confident ride. The new Grid Trail casing is stiffer and allows for better handling at lower pressures, as well as substantially reducing the chance of pinch punctures and flats. 2Bliss technology allows for easy tubeless setup to make the most of the tyre's capabilities.
If you need a tyre to find grip in the mud and slop, you need the Hillbilly. It's outstanding when the trail is soft and wet, providing much needed confidence for racing or general riding.
