Take your style and comfort to new heights with Lucia. The tallest boot in the Mammal range, this full height boot will comes up to approximately the top of your calf, offering maximum warmth and keeping you perfectly toasty.
As a winter boot, the Lucia excels in snowy and icy conditions thanks to its innovative OC sole. The deep tread houses two flip-out ice grippers incorporating stainless steel studs under the ball & heel of the foot which dig into ice to prevent slipping. When not required, just flip the studs away for a normal, rugged sole. It's a simple and elegant system which ensures you stay upright around the resort with the minimum of fuss.
The rest of the boot features a front lace detail with a full length side zipper for convenience. The faux fur trim keeps out the elements while the full thermal fleece lining keeps the heat in. The water resistant fabric shrugs off snow and rain too, so you can be assured of strolling the resort in total comfort.

Laces
Are the laces fixed and just for decoration or are they normal laces that allow you to adjust the fitting on your leg to allow you to wear them over a trouser leg

The main closure for these boots are the side zips, however, the lacing is adjustable to allow a looser or closer fit.
What is the uppers made of

Ankle width
I have a. Very damaged ankle joint is there much expansion to allow for this? Most boots do not fit beyond the ankle

Size boot to go up size ?
Do you need to g up a size in boot plus do laces pull in tighter!!!

Warm as toast
I've been searching for ages to find my boots, they are perfect in every way, I have arthritis in my hands, these have a good long zip, your feet are snug, light construction, first walk great.
Great boots for cold, icy walks
These boots keep your feet warm, look great and are incredible comfy. When it’s icy, you can flip over ‘grippers’ which help make walking on icy ground much safer. So happy with them.

I wanted tall faux fur boots, these look terrific and are warm. My feet are not particularly wide, but the boots are a little narrow for my size 7.5 (41) feet, so hopefully they will stretch a little
