Bought these boots in November 2024, inside of boots were soaking after doing An Stuc, really disappointed and will be getting in touch with Salewa as must be a defect.
Bought a pair 3 weeks ago and have hiked 16 munros, including multi hike days. I have never had such dry feet.....despite some really boggy conditions. No blisters and toenails protected. Love them
Am now on my 3rd pair of these - wouldnt look at another boot. Have done many multiple Munro days in them, and a 12 day trek in the Himalayas and they have stood up to all terrains and weather.
I would not recommend these for Scottish hiking. I have met 3 others who agree. The waterproofing cannot cope with snow or bog and within minutes your feet are wet.
Fab boots, have kept me warm and dry
