This lighter and softer version of the Salomon XA Pro 3D V8 stays true to its core values; stability, cushioning & grip.

Made using a synthteic/textile blend fabric which also features Gore-Tex membrane for waterproofness, these shoes weigh only 315g. Providing a balnce between comfort and protection, the 3D Advanced Chasis helps optimize motion control and energy management. It also provides extra protection for a precise, stable and responsive ride. Full premium wet traction grip and a fully waterproof Gore-Tex membrane mean you can ignore the wet and concentrate on the trail ahead.

Trail running/mountain hiking

This is a heavy, bulky shoe, very supportive and stable. I like the ease of the lace system. Initially bought for hiking primarily with some additional light trail runs. Doing the job at present.
