An intermediate shoe that offers the ideal blend of fit, support and precision, the Silex keeps performance at the forefront without sacrificing comfort. Aversatile model, it can be used for everything from visits to your local wall to a bouldering session in the great outdoors.

Constructed from a premium quality split leather upper and featuring lacing that extends to the toe, the Silex will accommodate a wide range of foot shapes. The stiff midsole and concaved forefoot provide enhanced support and facilitate powerful toe placement, whilst the sole unit, which is made up of Boreal's receyled eco rubber and sticky Zenith Quattro, ensures long lasting high friction performance.

Delivering the the perfect blend of fit, support and precision the Silex is ideal for those looking for progression in their route climbing performance or for those all-day crag sessions.

  • UPPERS: Split leather with recycled AirNet panels for increased ventilation. Lace closure for a precise yet comfortable fit.
  • LINING: 3D recycled lining for more breathability and comfort.
  • MIDSOLE: Special anti-deformation recycled midsole.
  • SOLE: Sticky yet durable Boreal ZENITH Quattro outsole. 4-4.5 mm thickness depending on size. Central part of the outsole with recycled rubber.
  • CHARACTERISTICS: A stiff and supportive shoe with superior comfort and breathability. Lace closure provides a precise and tunable fit.
  • CONSTRUCTION: Slip-Lasted
  • USAGE: Designed for day long use indoors or outdoors. Perfect for long crag days, multi-pitch climbs and extended training sessions.
