Fair Labor Association
This brand partners with the Fair Labor Association (FLA). The FLA has a broader remit and does not just focus on the apparel industry. They aim to protect workers rights around the world and collaborate with universities, civil society organisations and companies to create sustainable working conditions. FLA have their own Code of Conduct based off the UN’s International Labour Organisation’s (ILO) standards. Affiliated companies must implement this Code of Conduct across their supply chain.

- Use a shoe box or a wall with a 90 degree angle
- Find a sheet of paper or a sheet of cardboard, a ruler and a pen
- Make sure that you are wearing the same socks that would normally wear with this shoe or boot
- Stand on the sheet of paper and place the outside of your foot against the wall or place your foot in the shoe box with your heel wedged firmly against the back
- Then use your pen and ruler to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat with the other foot, as right and left sizes may be different
- Measure the distance between the wall or the side of the shoe box and the line that you have just drawn
- Find this measurement in cm in the size chart below
